Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns/refunds on ERGO’s purchased in the USA within 7 days from the date of delivery. 

Orders placed using a discount code or Flexible Saving Account are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 IMPORTANT-For International Customers ONLY (outside of the USA) 

We do not accept returns or refunds on international orders.  If you are unsure about the ERGO please email us with your comments before purchasing.

 Rules for Return/Refund

 • The returns will be accepted only if the product is unused, unworn and with all packaging elements included.

• Please email us at for submitting a return request. It can take up to 2 business days to receive a response.

• Prior to shipping your return or exchange, please email us to get an RMA reference number. Perfectore Corp. is not responsible for any lost mailed items and will not provide a refund in such cases.

• Please allow our Returns Center 14 business days from the time we receive the ERGO to process the return and issue a refund.


1 We do not have free returns and exchanges. You are responsible for shipping the ERGO back at your own expense.

2 We will process an exchange at no cost to you if a manufacturers defective ERGO is received.

3 The returns will be accepted only if the product is unused, unworn and with all packaging intact. This will be verified at our warehouse after we receive the ERGO.

 To process an Exchange or Return:

1. All exchanges and returns must have an RMA (return merchandise authorization).

2. Submit a request on from the email address you had placed the order.

3. Please provide the following information: 

   a. Order number 

   b. Complete shipping address if different than what is on your order.

   c. Contact number if different than what is on your order.

   d. A reason for your return request

4. Our support team will respond back with the RMA reference number and instructions on how and where to ship your return to. This RMA reference number is only valid for 30 days. If the return is not received within 30 days, the return will not be honored.

5. In case you are reporting a defective item, please attach photographs of the defects in the product for early action on your request.

6. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to complete a return.
